The
Total-Fit program is designed for universal scalability
making it the perfect application for any committed individual
regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines
for housewifes, military personnel, and cage fighters preparing
for championship bouts. We adapt the resistance and intensity
but we never change the programs.
The
goal of our Total Fit Program is to improve an athlete’s
overall performance, rather than simply strength. In addition
to weight lifting programs, strength and conditioning integrates
speed and quickness drills and dynamic mobility exercises.
Our Total-Fit programs are based on scientific research
and time tested techniques such as periodization phases,
circuits and plyometric training that developes the entire
body as a whole and not focusing on individual parts.
