Our Women's Judo class is a great program for women who
would like to learn real life effective self-defense and martial arts in a
friendly atmosphere. Women's Judo is taught by Sensei David Predmore who
has over 20 years of teaching experience in Judo and in renown for his
skill in teaching all ages.
